All seeds listed below are from the last harvest; therefore, excellent germination can be guaranteed.
In the event of a dispute, the product in question must be submitted to the Staatsinstitut für angewandte Botanik (State Institute for Applied Botanics) in Hamburg for subsequent examination upon prior written notice to Seller. The result of the analysis shall be binding upon both parties.
The losing party shall bear the costs of the dispute. The product is shipped in compression-proof cartons at buyer's risk. Packaging is not charged separately. Postage expenses shall be borne by buyer. Flat charge for packaging and costs is 2,50 for orders under 25.00 and 4.00 for orders under 10.00.
Please specify replacement order for any varieties that may be out of stock. For order quantities above 10,000 grains of one variety you can request our wholesale list.
Deliveries abroad only against advance payment (make sure to specify replacement order) or after advance remission of amount with subsequent billing.
Place of jurisdiction for both parties shall be Darmstadt, Germany.

All seeds are delivered packed with marked labels. All prices are for 20-25 grains, 100 grains, and 1000 grains respectively. All varieties marked J originate from wild plant cultivation.
Delivery time: 8 days to 4 weeks, depending on date of receipt of purchase order.
